This property boasts a propane fireplace inside as well as one outside, in-floor heat and A/C. Fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with hotel quality mattresses and a bathroom that exudes high-end style and decor.

Welcome to West End Annexe, a private and newly renovated stylish space that is attached to our family home and conveniently located to the local beaches/sunsets as well as a short walk to the "square" of Goderich, Ontario. I have stayed at over 50 AirBnBs with family and friends and know the personal touches and details that I love to find in a rental space. A clean and comfortable spot that makes you feel at home? The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

Private entrance, 1,000 sq ft loft apartment over looking the Maitland River. Golfing, hiking trails/biking, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, shopping, theatre, museum, Saturday farmers market, beaches, great restaurants, local breweries and wineries. Many local festivals and events throughout the summer months. Beautiful beach areas, only 5 minutes away. 5 golf courses within five to twenty minutes. Local YMCA (pool). Whether you are visiting the area for a few nights, a week, or even here on business you will find our tiny home will meet your needs.
