There are a great variety of restaurants and attractions within a short distance.

Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The home is located 20 miles from the Saratoga Racetrack and 5 miles from million dollar beach on Lake George. Saratoga Springs offers the seasonal racing meet which runs from July to September as well as the Racino for gambling, and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) for amazing music and concerts. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Conveniently located near Down Town Glens Falls, Glens Falls Hospital, The Wood Theater and Cool Insurance Arena. 15 Minutes South of Lake George Village and 15 Minutes North of Saratoga.
