The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

The famous American publisher Samuel S McClure emigrated to America from here in 1866. The main Belfast to Coleraine carriageway is less than 5 mins away so is an ideal touring base to explore the Causeway Coast and Glens. There is a petrol station nearby. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety.
