Built in 2017, this 59.9m2 house is situated on a quiet street just 3 minutes walk from Wainui beach, a 20 minute walk to Makorori / Okitu Reserve and 10 minutes drive to Gisborne city. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has a comfy Asko wall fold out queen bed. It is open to the well-appointed full kitchen. The deck has a covered entrance way, and offers additional outdoor living with morning sun and birdsong, as well as afternoon shade in the hottest part of the day.

Longview Cottage - peace and quiet.

My place is close to beaches, bush and the famous Motu cycle way. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome, the little extras AND the comfy bed!! Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Our place is built behind an historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach and 100 metres walk to Pakirikiri Marae.The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.

Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature.
