They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. Disfruta de los sabores vascos que han conquistado a miles de vinos famosos como Rioja, Ribera de Duero o el Txakolí blanco local. Este tour de pintxos se detiene en 5 mejores bares e incluirá 6 pintxos, 5 bebidas y terminará con un postre vasco tradicional. La ruta de pintxos es adecuada para personas con preferencias gastronómicas (sin carne, sin gluten, ingredientes...). Los bares de pintxos están a poca distancia a pie, la mayoría en el encantador casco antiguo de San Sebastián. Desde nuestro punto de encuentro visitaremos el casco antiguo de San Sebastián, donde aprenderás sobre las tradiciones y costumbres vascas. Visitarás bares fuera de la ruta turística normal, comiendo y bebiendo como lo hacen los lugareños. Podrás probar a disfrutar de 6 pintxos (tapas) que yo elijo para ti, 1 pintxo dulce y 5 bebidas (vino, cerveza, sidra...). La excursión durará 2,5 horas aproximadamente.

A las 7h estareis en mi en calle Santodomingo. En el apartamento te ofrecere un desayuno donde podras degustar una variedad de productos navarros. Veremos a los corredores cantar desde el balcon al Santo San fermin y tras esto, podras ver el encierro. Tras terminar, os informare sobre la historia de los Sanfermines y sobre nuestra cultura

Nos encontraremos a las 7 de la mañana, en el casco antiguo. Después de una sesión informativa, iremos a los balcones de un apartamento situado en la calle MERCADERES y LA CURVA de la ESTAFETA (más detalles proporcionados después de reservar) para disfrutar y comprender el Running desde un balcón. Te daré toda la información que necesites, para que no te pierdas ningún detalle de lo que sucede en la calle. Mientras esperamos y mientras disfrutamos del evento, te explicaré los detalles históricos y te proporcionaré información y muchos otros detalles para entender nuestras tradiciones, nuestra cultura, etc. Comprenderás todo durante y después del evento. Os recibiré en Donostia-San Sebastián para ir al interior de nuestro territorio donde visitaremos el caserío lagar Igartubeiti (s.XVI). Después, iremos a una de nuestras bodegas de sidra para hacer un pequeño tour en el manzanal y el conjunto de las instalaciones de la sidrería. Acompañaremos esta visita con una degustación de sidra en botella y directamente de los toneles. Tras ello, disfrutaremos del menú tradicional de sidrería.

We'll explore the San Sebastian coast and it's amazing cliffs on board my exclusive Yacht called Getari. Get ready to feel the sea, relax, sunbath and swim in my favorite hidden spot. We will leave the harbour and head East by paseo Nuevo and the Kursaal cubes to the virgin cliffs only visible from the sea, it's a beautiful spot, well worth the journey, and it's the perfect place to stop for a swim. We will continue on to Pasajes bay, a stunning natural harbour with a breath taking natural entrance and then make our way back to San Sebastian. (contacte por mensaje para acordar la fecha) *8:50 Salimos en tren desde Donostia-San Sebastian hasta Zarautz (sólo dura 30 minutos). *9,20 Caminaremos por la playa y respirar aire puro *Visitaremos el mercado rural donde degustaremos producto local como sidra, queso y dulce de manzana *Después pasearemos por la parte antigua con sus monumentos y leyendas y subiremos por la calzada romana que es parte del Camino de Santiago, parando en el Torreón de 1913 para disfrutar de vistas únicas y respirar aire puro. *Cataremos dos txakolis y bonito o antxoa de Getaria mientras os explicamos el origen y el porvenir de nuestro Txakoli. *Continuaremos hasta el pueblo medieval de Getaria conocido por el txakoli y el pescado a la parrilla, maravilloso! We’ll be having pintxos in some of the most known spots with the locals. We will explore the neighborhood where the locals usually go out for pintxos and drinks. Normally every Pintxo Bar has it’s specialty, a “must”, and I’ve personally selected the specialties from each bar. We will enjoy and appreciate the best of the Basque Country and its unique gastronomy in a few bites. Every bar we’ll be going to has been awarded a prize for that particular pintxo that we will try, so quality is guaranteed!
