40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

New Tiny Home! Perched on a hilltop overlooking the charming farming community of Panguitch. Secluded with incredible views in every direction. Sleep 3-4 comfortably inside. For an amazing experience step out and sleep under "world renowned" night sky in the hammocks. Just 20 min. to Bryce Canyon (45 to Zions)! Find wonderful hikes/rides outside the front door on endless acres of open BLM land with trails, fishing streams, wildlife, and much more!

The National Park Room includes Wi-Fi, smart t.v., refrigerator, microwave, barbeque, and coffee maker. Your own private entrance.

Secluded 3 bed, 3 bath with incredible views on 160 acre private ranch. 1/4 mile away and on the same property from the North Creek Shelter, the oldest known human habitation in Southern Utah. 1/2 mile away and on the same property as the Escalante River and the waterfalls just above the headwaters.
