Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The Niantic Bay & Play House is packed full of indoor and outdoor games while conveniently located close to several attractions. Sit by the fire pit, play Corn Hole or Frisbee Golf in our large open private backyard. Inside you will find big open spaces to relax with friends and family. Our house is perfect for everyone including your furry family member.

East Hampton Oasis - Pool and Hot Tub

Nestled at the end of a private road in the Springs section of East Hampton, this classic Hamptons home will keep you and your friends/family entertained. Living room with sonos sound system, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor living area with lounge chairs, a bbq, bar, pool and hot tub. All 3 bedrooms have AC. Towels and linens provided. Washer/dryer available. CLOSE TO BEACH AND EH VILLAGE. The pool is open May 5 through October 5. The hot tub remains open year round.
