The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh. Our condo is vacation ready with a fully stocked kitchen and has a family friendly layout for up to 5 guests.

Lynda's Legacy is located only 200 steps to the ocean. She just got a complete make over. We used the very calming Front porch grey color in the whole house, as this is our happy place and we like to come here to get away from all our cares and let the beach wind blow in our hair. We would love to share this with you. King size bed in Master and bedroom 3. Queen size bed in bedroom 2. Single day bed in upstairs nook. You can sit on the front porch and hear the ocean waves.
