Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. This is a carriage house where you will feel very comfortable in the newly renovated home. It is secluded and peaceful with beautiful wooded views but a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.
