The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

The Austin House-Glen Arbor is convenient to Birmingham, Huntsville, and surrounding areas-close to interstates- walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. As of 11-9-23 we are no longer a pet friendly rental. *complete bathroom model- Feb 2022**. Please note- we love guests. But, our home is not a party house- even for bridal and groomsmen.
