Boaters: Contact Docs Marina for boat launch and daily slip access. Directly across the street from the house. Snowmobilers: Direct access to Sacandaga Lake, Mayfield Lake and New York State Snowmobile trail System.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

The sandy, walk-in beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking &is ideal for families with small children. 1 mi. from the Broadalbin Boat launch, less than 1 hr to Lake George & Saratoga- enjoy hiking, fishing, horse races, boating and on! Enjoy grilling on the fire table at the beach, relaxing on the deck or by a cozy fire in the firepit!
