We're 10 minutes from Southwold, surrounded by countryside with walks right outside. It's perfect for couples, families or friends and dogs! Downstairs is a large open-plan lounge, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Upstairs has two double bedrooms. It's a great base for visiting Southwold beach, shops, restaurants and pier, then returning to the peace and quiet of Uggeshall. We live in the grounds but are very respectful of privacy and strive to ensure you completely relax during your stay.

Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. There's a farmshop and nursery in the village, plus a children's play area over the road. Enquire for bike hire.

Hedge Lodge

Hedge Lodge is a spacious, self-catering holiday cottage sleeping up to five people. It enjoys beautiful views across fields of horses and backs onto a natural pond bursting with wildlife. The cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining and sitting area with doors opening to a private courtyard The first floor has a quiet area for reading, or play area. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. Well behaved animals are welcome on the ground floor only and WIFI, bed linen and towels are included.

Ditch Studio is a self contained, contemporary extension to an 18th century workers cottage on the Henham estate ( home to Latitude festival ). A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.

The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. Meadowside Lodge is situated in our grounds and offers peace and privacy with an enclosed garden and patio. Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. There are two village pubs which are within walking distance and a small shop. This is a great base from which you can explore everything Suffolk has to offer. Not to forget we are pet friendly

Long Range 1, Henham Park Nr Southwold

Self contained private semi-detached cottage. Open plan living, dining and kitchenette. Large bedroom with wardrobes and a super king size bed plus a small double sofa bed in the living space. Featuring a spacious wet room with shower, loo and basin. Views over a lake on Henham Park which is on Suffolk's coast near Southwold and Aldeburgh. Access to the park is not possible unfortunately due to farming and event commitments.
