What it does have is a fantastic location just 1 mile from Sunday River, a professionally cleaned and cared-for home, and plenty of ways to keep everyone entertained. Think less fancy, more fun.

Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
