The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. This is an immaculate self contained studio attached to the main house, with a walk in wet room and a jacuzzi bath. There is a kitchenette area which consists of a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge and microwave. It is fully equipped but there is no cooker, however there are lots of good restaurants in the nearby town. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Fort William town centre and has a panoramic view of Ben Nevis.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
