Guests of Devine View have access to the entire apartment on an exclusive basis, there is a communal stair way serving the middle apartment and Devine View apartment. When possible we like to greet our guests and give a brief introduction to the apartment, we live within a short walk so are generally available should guests need assistance or advice. Devine View sits on the popular East Cliff over looking Folkestone Harbour Arm. A five-minute walk reaches the harbour area, or beautiful cliff top walks are on the doorstep. A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The harbour/seafront is only five minutes downhill walk or via steps. Red Arrows display and much more this coming Sunday 30th June. Watch them from the balcony! There is free unrestricted car parking opposite the apartment. The apartment has WiFi connected.

The Lodge-Modern House/Garden/Hot Tub/Beach nearby

The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

Self-contained accommodation with garden facing double room with private bathroom and direct access to a private garden. The accommodation has its own private entrance. A comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. Tea facilities, coffee pod machine, mini fridge and microwave We have two listings; once a room is booked we block the other room so guests have complete privacy. The Turret- the best view in Folkestone

The Turret is a completely unique, unusual, quirky, self-contained Grade II listed apartment, at the top of The Priory, in the oldest part of Folkestone accessed by a private period internal spiral staircase leading up into a lead lighted atrium which overlooks the historic church of St.Mary and St.Eanswythe; beautifully furnished open plan living/dining area with stunning 180 degree views over Folkestone and the English Channel.

Right next to idilc ornamental public gardens, 4 minute walk to Folkestone central station and 20 minute walk to mermaid beach.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there.
