This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. Kids love the freedom of exploring in the pedal boats. We have had nice catches right off the dock cat fish, small mouth bass and kids squeal when they catch sun fish and baby perch .
