Blackout window shades. 55" Smart TV with apps. Gas grill provided. No cooking allowed in unit. There are 3 units on the property, so common spaces are shared, including: pool, grill, and fire pit.

The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!
