The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

In the evening time head out to enjoy the best local restaurants, night life, breweries or catch a TTU game (only 1.5 miles away.) From business trips, to just a weekend away, Clyde is the perfect place to stay!

Welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood. We’ve decorated the apartment with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings to create a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. NO washer/dryer on the premises. Laundromat is nearby. Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. The Canyon Container

Just minutes from the Caprock Canyon State Park, the Canyon Container provides guests with a unique experience. This is a 40ft shipping container that has been fully built out to be fun, cozy, and a very functional space no matter the size. Though it's located in town, this home faces a cattle pasture and the property is fully fenced, providing a more private experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch with views of cattle and wildlife in the neighboring pasture.

Living room is also equipped with a pull out sleeper sofa. Access to both washer & dryer. TV's include streaming services for your enjoyment. Backyard has a grand tree, providing plenty of shade for any outdoor activities. Two car carport located in backyard.

Coyote Casa

27 miles west of Childress, 24 miles east of Turkey, or 30 miles north of Matador. Newly remodeled farm house stocked with everything you need. Great place to get away from the crowds and decompress. We have great wifi and streaming. Enjoy the starry nights and beautiful sunrises. You will feel the peacefulness as soon as you walk in the door. We have plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, barbecue grill, central heat and air.

The Green Door Cottage

Welcome to the Green Door Cottage where you will enjoy a quaint cottage feel in the heart of Childress, Texas. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Legacy Lodge

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Two Hoots Guesthouse

A comfortable and quaint “home away from home” for whatever brings you to the area. Sitting on the porch in this laid back community, we have learned we don’t give “Two Hoots” about the work and drama we left behind. The owls and coyotes call out each evening as the stars show off above. Time stands still in Matador, Texas; it’s good for the soul. We think you’ll love it here, too!

Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

Leo and Ofilia’s Bunk House

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
