Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. My place is a 2 bedroom with queen bed in each room. Self contained with lounge and own bathroom. The BNB is downstairs in my family home. There is no kitchen in the bnb, only kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The laundry, I use when quests are not home. Close to restaurants, dining and the beach. You’ll love my place, the outdoors , and the quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families, off street parking for the car.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.
