J&F placed a big emphasis on outdoor entertaining with a massive covered deck, the picnic table patio, & access to a cedar barrel sauna! Whether coming from close or far, you deserve it!

This two bedroom (queen beds), two bathroom plus den 11th floor corner unit is located on the quiet side of the building. The open concept great room is bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling south facing windows. The fireplace creates a lovely ambiance. Granite counters, gas cooktop and a large island make a kitchen a chefs delight. The spacious primary bedroom features a spa-like ensuite.

We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.

The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.
