Situato a Minozzo, un paese di montagna caratteristico con vista sulla Pietra e qualche locale. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano ed è suddiviso su due piani. Il piano inferiore presenta un'ampia sala da pranzo con balcone, tv, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina e bagno con doccia. Al secondo piano sono presenti due letti matrimoniali in due camere separate, un balcone con vista sulla pietra ed un bagno in camera con vasca da bagno. Il parcheggio si trova davanti casa ed è gratuito.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.
