Ubicado entre el monte Hotham a 30 km de distancia, donde encontrarás excelentes rutas de senderismo, 4x4 y Omeo a 20 km de distancia, donde encontrarás un municipio histórico que ofrece pesca y senderos para bicicletas de montaña de nueva construcción.

Cabaña en Cortes

Te damos la bienvenida a “Cortes Stays”. Cabaña fuera de la red recién construida ubicada junto al río Ovens en nuestro Walnut Grove de 100 años. Báñate al aire libre en el baño al aire libre o usa los escalones que te llevarán hasta la orilla del río. Pasea por la granja y dirígete a otro lugar para nadar, donde encontrarás kayaks y una canoa para usar. Una gran ventana al final de la cama te permite contemplar las estrellas por la noche o ver el flujo del agua mientras descansas y cargar las baterías.

Smoko Sanctuary

Enjoy this 40 acre sanctuary of riparian forest, cradled by Smoko and Homeward Bound Creeks. A harbour for Blue gum, Manna, Mountain and Swamp gum in the wet gullies, and drooping Sheoaks and Peppermints on the dry faces. You will see that the cabin is nestled amongst the north east border of ‘Smoko Bowl’ - a natural unique catchment feature, offering harbour to flora and fauna. Take some time out with your pets, and enjoy the forest, or use as a launching platform for MTB, hikes and adventures.

Tewksbury Lodge is a 4.5 star Log Cabin, located 5 mins drive from Bright, with great views of Mount Buffalo, nestled beside the Ovens River. You’ll love the Lodge which offers the unique experience of an authentic, hand-crafted log cabin. The tranquil setting, the cosiness of the Log Cabin, spa, log fire, comfy beds and leather recliners offer an accommodation experience difficult to find elsewhere in Australia. The Lodge is self catering and good for 1 or 2 couples or families with kids.

Avalon House: The Mine Managers

The Mine Managers Suite at Avalon House has some of the original timber wall panelling dating back to 1889 giving it old word charm whilst upgraded modern amenities make it a warm and comfortable private apartment for two. This was the residence of Thomas Davey who managed the Harrietville Gold Company till the great depression in the 20’s. With a private pet friendly courtyard, it is in the centre of town walking distance to Cafes, Parks, Rivers, Pubs and all Harrietville has to offer.

Beechworth Cabins

Beechworth Cabins are situated only a few minutes walk to the centre of town. There are only four self contained compact cabins, making it ideal for families as well as those wanting a peaceful getaway. Each cabin sleeps five or the entire place sleeps 20. Close to town centre, the Rail Trail, the Gorge, Lake Sambell, antiques stores, cafes, hotels, museums, the historical centre, walks and wineries. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
