College students - just 14 miles from Concordia, 31 miles from UNL, 33 miles from Doane, 12 miles from SCC in Milford.

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. NEWLY REMODELED-This Beautiful 1900’s two story farmhouse on the Rath homestead is located 3 miles West of Grafton & 2 miles North off of Highway 6 or 7.5 miles East of Sutton on Hwy 6. You will also find a Big Red Barn, Large Grass Yard, Farm Animals, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets. You go up a ladder to reach the lofts. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and sink. Bathroom has shower and toilet. Country setting.
