A bright & happy house. It has a lot to offer families, friends & couples. The living room is spacious. Brand new kitchen and brand new bathroom with shower and bath. I have a huge king size bed in the main room and a bunk bed in the second room. Outside yard with table and chairs. Llanberis has a choice of cafe’s, shops, pubs and restaurants. As well as unlimited hiking, running and cycling routes. My house is a 500m walk from the lake. Any questions I’m here to help and advise ! Diolch 🤗

The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings, kitchen area and bathroom with free standing bath. A central location, as well as a stunning south facing garden with panoramic views of Snowdonia's famous mountain range including Snowdon. The garden is contained and private, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining and soaking up the all day sunshine. The cottage is within 1 min walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, a play park, bus route to climbing Snowdon and 2 mins walking distance to the lake.
