The Annex at Retreat House

Retreat House is an 18th century merchant's house located a few metres from the Strand and Exe estuary in Topsham. Recently refurbished, we have 2 guest suites included which are separate to the main house with independent access. The Studio is on the ground floor with a double bed, en-suite shower room and kitchenette (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, sink, toaster and fridge). The Attic occupies it's own floor accessed via a private staircase with twin beds and a bathroom.

The Nook

A cosy, quaint and compact self-contained mini-cottage. The Nook has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway. Only 5 mins drive from Upton Barn Wedding Venue! There is also easy access to the East Devon coastline, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon AONB, Blackdown Hills, Exeter and much more.

The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
