This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Oder einfach nur die Ruhe im "Le Marzelheide" genießen, auf der Terrasse, im Garten, bei den Tieren oder auf einem der vielen schönen Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

Ferienwohnung Am Fusse des Hohen Venns

Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von ca. 120 qm und ist hochwertig eingerichtet. Letzte Renovierung 2018. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-4 Gäste. Auf Wunsch können Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Terrasse auf der Rückseite gehört zur Ferienwohnung. Es gibt eine überdachte Sitzecke sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht zur Verfügung. Kinder können auch gerne im Garten spielen.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Apartment in old mill

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
