This cozy home is our “Smokey the Bear” cabin. There is a driveway that can fit 2 cars next to the home. “Smokey” is just a 7-minute drive to the main entrance to Glacier Park. The home sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids comfortably. (8 allowed if at least 2 of the guests are young kids.) The home has a covered deck, full-home AC and heating, gas fireplace, back yard with fire pit, desk/work area, and pull-out sofa if needed. Come make memories in this beautiful cabin centrally located between East and West Glacier, both accesses to Glacier National Park. Tucked away in a quiet community with close access to cross-country ski trails. The local lodge is closed this season but the trails are still being groomed on Fridays! Enjoy a fun day of cross-country skiing or go out and explore on snowshoes then come back to the cabin for warm showers, and comfortable beds.

Located on the outskirts of town (about 10 minutes from Kalispell) and 45 minutes to the entrance of Glacier National Park, this is the perfect location to kick up your feet during your vacation. We are a quick stop from the airport (located 10 minutes away.) NO SMOKING ON PREMISES!

Lower - Cozy and Quiet Studio

This is a small studio on the ground floor. It has a very comfy queen size bed with a remote controlled adjustable incline bed frame for adjusting your head and feet. It also has a nice work area or place to eat a meal. It has a well-stocked kitchenette and a nice bathroom with 3’ shower. The studio is perfect for two, but we can make an exception and add a cot for an extra person. Or you may bring your own infant bed.

“Gee” side of Base Camp Bigfork Lodge

The lodge is divided into two separate sides however when you book, we block the other side for the duration of our stay. This allows us to not have to turn over the whole space but you still get it all to yourself. "The Gee Side" will be yours as well as the kitchen space. "The Haw Side" will be locked and unoccupied for your stay. This space serves as a perfect retreat for a couple to regroup between adventures.
