The COMPOSTING TOILET is a environmentally friendly unit. The loft accessed by a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE w/ queen sized bed.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Log Cabin Pt. - Honeoye Lake, NY

The neighborhood is made up of countless privately owned cottages along the Honeoye Lake. Honeoye has two traffic lights, a small supermarket, two gas stations, restaurants, super market, a convenience store, boat launches, a public beach & other nearby attractions. There are two Ski areas within 10 miles from Karen's property; Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow.
