The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Gaios Harbour Overview

Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

This majestic stone house ,built in 1903, and lovingly restored in 2021 to its original glory with a few modern twists. The home boasts over 12 large windows , filling the space with natural light and allowing views of the pine and spruce filled mountains .Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
