The house is located on the famous Cabot Trail in Cape Breton. High speed fibre internet was recently installed. The house is minutes away from a popular coffee shop,The Clucking Hen, numerous hiking trails and a beautiful beach and fishing wharf. There you can purchase lobster and crab straight off the boats when in season. A number of craft shops are close-by along with a pizza shop. The house has a unique nautical décor. Bright, spacious, open concept living space with 10-foot ceilings. Main level bedroom and 2nd level loft, which has three single beds and half bath. The loft is very spacious and has ample headspace. Surround deck with glass. Excellent location close to amenities and festivals. Great place to get away from it all ..peaceful. The private beach is a hidden gem.

Situated on a hillside overlooking the historic St. Ann’s bay, the Old Trail cabin is conveniently located just 5.5km from the start of the Cabot trail and the Gaelic College. A great spot to start or finish your Cabot Trail adventures! The cabin is designed to feel as open and airy as possible for a small space. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a single bed. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. All amenities needed are only 15 mins away in Baddeck.

You will have private access to the main level of the cottage, including the attached decks, bbq, and personal firepit. Cabot Cottages has 5 units in total so there will be up to 8 additional guests on this beautiful 4-acre property - 2 in the walkout basement of your cottage, plus 2 in each of the three cabins.

This wee cottage is decorated for those witchy vibes! It has one queen bed, TV, table and kitchenette with micro, fridge, toaster, single burner and sink. All dishes, linens, kitchen supplies and shampoo/soap is provided. Kitchenette for simple meal prep. Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Private BBQ, screened tent. Muted traffic can be noticeable at times when trees are not filled in yet! Sorry no dogs, no motorbikes.
