Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Wlan ist vorhanden und damit auch Homeoffice aus den Bergen möglich.

Wir verfügen über 10 Wohnungen (alle Richtung Süden gerichtet) welche wir in den letzten Jahren komplett renoviert haben. Das Studio bietet mit seinen über 50m2 grosszügigen Platz für 2 Personen. Sie sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und laden zum Entspannen und Geniessen ein.
