During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. There are areas to store your bikes and your skis for you to enjoy all that Silver Mountain Resort has to offer. Guests can purchase water park passes online but they are not included in the rental price. Permit 19-09
