It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

With two upper lofts to accommodate three guests, you’ll feel right at home here! A stocked kitchen, coffee corner, comfy beds - it’s the perfect spot 👌 *No smoking or vaping on property. No bonfires at all.* This is a TINY home, so it is a small space. Please be aware of that before booking :)

There is a mini fridge freezer, kitchenette, microwave, smart TV, A/C, desk, shower, and more! Enjoy the art of Ellensburg by a local artist. You may be serenaded occasionally during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays by quiet violin and piano lessons and hear our young family during the day

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.
