It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

With the overwhelming interest of The Penthouse, which is also on the property, we are excited to offer The Cottage as our next great place to stay in Ellensburg. Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The space features a separate bathhouse that includes a sauna (with a large window), cold plunge, relaxation loft and a Hot Tub outside. It’s close enough to everything, but far enough in the tranquility of the woods. 10 minutes to DT Cle Elum. 15 minutes to DT Roslyn. 20 minutes to Suncadia. 1hr 30min to Seattle.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.
