You can head to the dunes 5 minutes from the house via Egin Lake access, ride 100s of off road trail miles to Island Park, or a day trip to Yellowstone National Park! We built this 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home as if it was our residence, with new central air conditioning w/UV filter, top quality furnishings, beds, linens, towels, Weber BBQ, dual fridges, custom cabinets and new appliances. We are also 1:45 minutes from Teton Teton National Park. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. This home has plenty of amenities for a short or long stay. Occasional footsteps may be heard from upstairs unit.

Welcome to Bev's place, where you can enjoy a great night stay in a wonderful location just 10 minutes away from BYU Idaho, 1 hour and 20 minutes to Yellowstone and 15 minutes away from the St. Anthony sand dunes. You will enjoy a country living feel in this spacious two story home located just north of Rexburg. With parking available on site you can bring your toys and enjoy recreating in the beautiful surrounding areas that South East Idaho has to offer.

This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.

This cozy 1 bdrm, 1 bath guest suite is attached to our family home but has a separate locked entrance and offers complete privacy. Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the neighborhood lake. We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
