This loft is situated on the north side of the town square in Newton, IL in one of Jasper County's oldest buildings. Guests are invited to enjoy our relaxing atmosphere, go for walk on the nearby Eagle Trails, visit a neighboring gym, take a class at the Dance Hall Studio, receive a healing touch massage, or visit one of our many natural resources. The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Waterfront Cabin•Boat Dock, Fireplace&Beach Access

The cabin sits in the trees along beautiful Lake Sara. The cabin offers a quiet place to relax and unwind. You can bring your kayaks, paddle boards or trailer your family boat along for some fun tubing and skiing on the lake. The dock allows for the boat to be left in the water till the end of your stay. The Marina, Pinky’s (waterfront restaurant), Rusty Reel (bar below Pinky’s ), Cardinal Golf Course, Lake Sara Campground and Lake Sara Beach are all a short walk from the cabin!

Free Continental breakfast. This 1880 Wooden Shoe Haus was built by owner & Wooden Shoe Maker Gerhard Deymann. It is a historic Folk Victorian home, fully furnished while keeping much of its historic charm. It has bikes, antique furniture, front porch, swing, grill, back patio, & yard. Private side & back parking. Includes all appliances, 10' ceilings, & 1' thick walls. 6 minutes to interstates 57, 70, Effingham, & dozens of restaurants. 1 block to downtown Teutopolis.

This loft offers a bedroom, full kitchen and bath, dining room, living room with a pull out sofa, and large smart TV. This loft also offers beautiful views of the oldest State Capitol in IL and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and local shops. Forested Retreat

This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.

A small quiet cottage off the beaten path, located only minutes from Newton Lake Fish and Wildlife Area. This is a great place for hunters, fishermen or just someone that wants to get away from the city. It has exactly what you need to enjoy a long weekend full of the great outdoors. As hosts we want our guest to enjoy their stay so we are available to help with anything.

The 8th Hole

Enjoy a quiet country setting stay, on the edge of town. Only 2 miles from interstate 70. This is an upstairs luxury apartment with steep stairs to the entrance. It can accomodate up to 4 people comfortably. Vandalia has lots to offer. The historic Old State Capitol where Abraham Lincoln once visited , a walking trail in Rogier Park and beautiful Vandalia Lake.
