Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

We have personally designed the entire house and can't wait for you to enjoy our one of a kind space. It is 1000 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which houses a king sized bed and the other a trundle that pulls out to a king! Centrally located in the Heights, you will be minutes away from all the action.

Kids can stay in the loft w/ a reading nook and smart TV. Private master bedroom w/ touch lamps. Great location, close to everything. Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. In-law quarters on the lower level w/ kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed upon request.
