This beautiful studio is in a converted cow shed in the garden of a 15th Century thatched farm house. It sleeps two, has a bright en-suite and a convenient little kitchen with all basics required for a stay, including a fridge, kettle, airfryer & microwave. The Cow Shed is in the hamlet of Margaret Marsh, 4 miles to the south-west of the ancient market town of Shaftesbury. It provides a wonderfully peaceful place to stay, surrounded only by the working dairy farm next door, and lots of fields.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.
