Close to Duxford Air Museum, ,the Science Park and Whittlesford rail station is 1 mile walk from the nest (£9 taxi) direct links to London (1 hr) and Cambridge (8 min). In the heart of picturesque Whittlesford village with stunning country walks, rivers, the village shop and the Tickell Arms restaurant and pub and the village green are a short walk away. Cambridge is 7 miles.

We are a 5 min walk to Marsh Farm Country Park and riverside beyond.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am when requested. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom. Lovely modern home in village with easy access from A12 and 5 miles from Chelmsford or Maldon. Free parking in road directly outside house.

Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

When you arrive I will be here to welcome you with a tea or coffee and help settle you in . My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
