The gardens wrap around the bungalow with hedging and fencing on all sides. The bungalow has been recently redecorated throughout and has a new electric central heating system, new kitchen with some new appliances. Off road parking for 3 cars. 1 dog accepted. Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.

The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Little Trees is in a perfect location for visiting the stunning Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum and of course, Stonehenge. Bath, Glastonbury, Bournemouth, Winchester and Southampton are nearby. London is 1h30 by train (direct line to Waterloo). The space is modern, clean and comfortable. There is 1 x twin room & 1 x bedroom with a super king bed
