The charming cottage is a one level home within close proximity to highways & downtown Sturbridge and off route 20 just a few minutes to downtown Brimfield and Antique show/flea market. Our home sits on a hill offering privacy and a beautiful view of the lake. Our sandy beach is in a cove away from boat traffic with a gradual incline into the water. Our western exposure provides afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets. This property has ample parking. A Co-Host lives on the property and can assist. We respect your privacy and ensure your exclusive use of the house, the beach and the property overall. Primary renter 25 years or older. Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm.

Guests will be provided with one off-street parking space, private entry, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, free wifi, coffee, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate (no full size stove), and patio with pergola.
