It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

Located in the historical town of Haxey The Piggery is part of a Grade 2 listed cottage, @ 14 Greenhill Road, Haxey. This bijou apartment has been fully renovated to a sympathetic stylish standard over 2 floors. On the ground floor is a fully working kitchen with a washing machine and dining table. On the first floor is a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy lounge area with views over the garden. In the loft is a spacious king size bed but please mind your heads on the beams.

Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. During colder months bags of logs are available for £7 or guests are welcome to bring their own untreated/unpainted wood.

Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire.
