Stay in my ADU, a historic house with a modern interior. It is a private one-bedroom space with a separate entrance. There is also a horizontal queen-sized Murphy bed in the back of the main room with a privacy curtain for extra guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate fast wifi. Welcome to the historic Markham Estate Manor, built in 1897 and located in the heart of Pasadena. Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
