Lovely guest suite with private entrance, bath, kitchenette, sitting room with 42" flat screen TV and separate bedroom. Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and heated tile floor. We are not set up for children, however we can accommodate infants, we have a pack-play. Large, tranquil yard that backs to a beautiful common area with walking paths. Feel free to enjoy our large patio, water feature and warm yourself by our fire pit in the evenings. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!
