Appartement im kernsanierten Altbau von 1910, 3. Obergeschoss, hohe Decken, großzügiges Bad, moderne Einrichtung und Parkettfußboden. Das Appartement liegt im quirligen Stadtteil Flingern. Im Umfeld befinden sich eine große Anzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Wir gehören zum Stadtzentrum und somit gilt bei uns die Anwohnerparkregelung. Bist du mit dem Auto unterwegs, zeigen wir dir gern wie und wo du parken kannst.

Unser Garten-Apartment befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Jugenstilhauses aus dem Jahr 1906. Dir stehen zwei Zimmer mit insgesamt 90 qm zur Verfügung. Ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche. Alle Fenster und die sonnigeTerrasse haben Blick in den Garten. Unsere Bibliothek lädt dich zum Lesen ein. Genieße entspanntes und grosszügiges Wohnen in ruhiger Lage im Zentrum von Düsseldorf. Der grosse Shaker-Tisch lässt sich auch für Meetings mit bis zu 6 Personen nutzen.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!

Beim Spaziergang durch den Hofgarten ist man in ca. 20 Min in der Altstadt. Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sowie der Hbf, Restaurants, REWE, ALDI befinden sich in der Nähe (z.B. Rethelstr.).

The apartment is on Bismarckstr. Located about 30 meters across from the main train station. So you can't live any closer to the main train station. There are countless restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. In the main station there is a supermarket that is open 24/7 and many other shops.
