Country house from 1700s, used till 90s as a farm, now wisely renewed to realise a delicious B&B with 4 bedrooms (each with private bathroom) in pure Tuscan style. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of the ground floor of the villa, together with the pool, all the outside areas, the kitchen with all the appliances and yard with fresh vegetables. You will not have to share the location with other people, we rent to single groups/families to ensure you can enjoy your privacy and a pleasant stay.

Charming farmhouse of the Petrolo winery in the heart of Tuscany. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for 10 guest +2 on sofa bed. Panoramic views over the Valdarno valley, next to Chianti Classico. The house is placed among vineyards and olive trees with the medieval watchtower of Galatrona nearby. The house has wi-fi, private garden with bbq and easy access to the swimming pool shared with 2 of our houses. To access the house climb 20 steps to the first floor, landing on a cute panoramic terrace.

Pierfantini is a rustic farmhouse. It is located on a hill in the middle of a natural park. Isolated from the vitta, the nearest town is the medieval village of San Gusmè. The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property

The Villa is situated in an ancient country building located in Arezzo, twenty minutes walk from the historic center and surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants within a few minutes walk. By car you reach the downtown and the treain station in about 10 minutes; moreover, the structure is close to places of interest such as the Equestrian Centre.
