Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Cozy and quaint loft just a skip and a hop away from La Cantera outdoor shopping mall, the Rim, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and SeaWorld. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do encompass the property. My favorite are the hiking and biking trails! Downtown San Antonio is a short 15-20 minute drive with attractions such as the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a multitude of dining experiences. Alma del Rio built in 1866 is located within a beautifully renovated home in the tree-lined King William Historic District, just south of downtown San Antonio. The San Antonio River is across the street with paths to downtown and missions. There is no full kitchen. It has a coffee maker. Microwave. Toaster oven. Refrigerator. Dishes need to be washed in the bathroom. Or left on the counter dirty when you leave.
