The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot. Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Please note the neighborhood is totally safe, but is up-and-coming.
