This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

(10 miles) 300 foot walk to evening dining and cocktails. 30 minutes to Kalamazoo and 50 minutes from South Bend, IN.

This Historic District upstairs apartment is in the heart of downtown Niles. The 19-mile IN+MI River Valley Trail passes 2 blocks west along the St. Joseph River. Within 4 blocks are Wonderland Theatre, restaurants, 2 antique malls, 4 gyms, Veni's chocolates, Swirley's frozen yogurt, retail shops and an outdoor summer concert bandshell. Notre Dame and downtown South Bend are 8 miles/16 mins. to the south. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.
