Dove Holes is close to Chatsworth House, Alton Towers & has superb transport links. It is a great base for walkers, cyclists & touring groups - dogs welcome by application.

In a secluded location away from the crowds, Shireoaks Cottage is a traditional 18th Century farm cottage situated on a working hill farm with beautiful moorland views. Well equipped kitchen with Aga, comfortable sitting room and dining room, 2 king sized bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin, 3 ensuites and 1 family bathroom. Outside is a terrace, garden and fire pit. The local town of Chapel -en-le-Frith and the surrounding villages of Hayfield and Chinley plus supermarkets are a short drive.

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Converted 1870s chapel. Renovated in August 2021. Well placed for trips into the Peak District or to Buxton; walking, climbing, and biking all close to hand . Outside is a large drive with CCTV and private seating area. Parking for 2 cars. Bicycle storage. Please read house rules before booking. We live at the rear in the adjoining church hall. Quiet guests appreciated.
