Thoughtfully designed, this 3-bedroom gem is ideally situated for relaxation and exploration for family, friends, or coworkers. Walkers will love the proximity to coffee, dining, and shopping spots as well as a treasured bookstore and inviting library. Downhill and XC skiers have multiple options from 7 to 17 miles away. Bikers, hikers, skaters, and golfers will be equally pleased. A multi-use year-round rail trail and very active rec park in walking distance delights both young and old.

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

The house is an old barn converted into a beautiful spacious home, on 4 acres. Snowmobiling from our place, plus 4 major ski areas less than 30 miles away. Hiking, fishing, swimming, golfing, and the Equestrian horse show are all nearby. as well as shopping in nearby Manchester and Rutland Vermont.
